REGISTRATION

Each participant must pay non-refundable registration fee. Registration is valid only when the payment is received and processed.
This registration fee will cover admission to technical sessions, an abstract book, reception party and refreshments.  Lunch and
banquet are not included in the registration fee.  Payment should be made in advance with major credit cards. Residents in Japan
may pay with bank transfer.

Travel Expense Supports for Students
In order to encourage student's participation, 1st A3 Metamaterials Forum will provide partial support for one-way ticket from
a limited fund. The support will be in the form of cash (Japanese Yen) for the cost of a one-way ticket (half cost of a round ticket).
Applicant should send an estimation of the cost by May 31 June 6 to the following address. Notification of acceptance will be made by June 7.
Upon showing a valid student ID, cash will be provided for the ticket stub at the registration desk.

Application procedure
1) Applicants must submit scanned student ID, estimation document for the ticket, abstract of the poster (if any) attached to an
e-mail with the subject heading: A3 Metamaterials Forum Travel Support. All of the above information should be in a single pdf file
called FirstnameLastname.pdf. Application should be submitted to watayuki@m.tohoku.ac.jp
2) Application e-mail must be submitted by May 31, 2016 (Japan Standard Time).
3) Applications will be reviewed and result will be notified by email by June 7, 2016.

Upon selection, novelty, significance, and quality of research summarized in the abstract will be considered. Accepted Applicants
should show a student ID and will receive cash (Japanese Yen) for the one-way ticket stub.
